Until they fire Juan Castillo or he gets possessed by the ghost of Jim Johnson, this team has no chance. Defense is problem #1. Even with the turnovers, this team could win if their defense could get stops. Guy has no clue how to utilize all the assets he has and that is the major issue with this team. Still think the best move this team could make is reassigning him/firing him. The BYE WEEK would be a perfect time, two weeks with new blood in control. Jim Washburn - the DL coach - is a veteran coach who could at least make a difference I think if given the controls. Guy is a NFL vet and had very good defensives every year just about in Tennessee. At this point, it definitely could not hurt and would show everyone they need to be accountable or they could be next in line.
