It doesn't matter what state you live in, I'm pretty sure pointing a gun at somebody who isn't threatening your life is gonna get you arrested in all 50.

Sounds like from Paco the best way to handle this. Is to fire out my front door with my pistol clearly displayed and telling the construction crew there will be no more noise until after 12:00PM.

I know what you mean though. Nothing drives me more crazy than the sound of a leaf blower. In my neighborhood all hours of the day 7 days a week there some kind of noise b/c of landscapers or construction or something

Yeah it's unreal. There are a bunch of foreclosed houses a the Mexicans are always running the leaf blowers at 7:00AM. They need a gun pointed at them too. I swear my neighborhood must be first on the rotation because all the work goes on between 7-8AM and especially so when I'm out hustling until 4:00AM.

There are laws against discharging a weapon in city limits as well. Depends on what kind of area you live in but most places have this law. The 'castle laws' won't apply to your issue since it's noisy neighbors and construction. I like the open carry/ concealed carry states. I don't leave home without mine.

Be very careful. A local guy just got arrrested for a similar incident.... pulled his gun out fired once in the air and got arrested for fukin terroristic threats and other shit. I definitely wouldn't fire any rounds off.

Ohio has open carry. technically you can have a loaded AR-15 slung over your shoulder and it's legal.

however if (when) someone calls the police, you can repeat 'open carry' all you want, you're gonna get a 'disturbing the peace' and your weapon confiscated.
