This morning a 7:00AM I was awakened to very loud jack hammering. Looking out the window there was a bunch of idiots smashing apart my neighbors drive way. If they come back tomorrow I was thinking of walking over and letting the head dude catch a glimpse of my piece and reminding him that some people like to sleep well pass noon.

Yeah it's unreal. There are a bunch of foreclosed houses a the Mexicans are always running the leaf blowers at 7:00AM. They need a gun pointed at them too. There are laws against discharging a weapon in city limits as well. Depends on what kind of area you live in but most places have this law. The 'castle laws' won't apply to your issue since it's noisy neighbors and construction. I like the open carry/ concealed carry states. Be very careful. A local guy just got arrrested for a similar incident.... pulled his gun out fired once in the air and got arrested for fukin terroristic threats and other shit. I definitely wouldn't fire any rounds off.
