then when i confront them abou it they ask me to send them this lol
Tony: That could be International fees that your bank/card are charging, now we will reimburse those fees if you are willing to send us your ** statement
Tony: In this case, please send an official copy of your bank statement showing your running balance, with the charges, so we can verify them. The documentation cannot be tampered or modified in any way, otherwise we will be unable to verify the statement. Please send the documentation to ccdeposits@betcris.com. At that time, our ** agents will review your case and this charge. Please send the copy in a valid image format such as .jpg, .jpeg., .bmp, .pdf, etc.

it's not even bookmaker's fault. that prepaid brand charges 3.5% for all international transactions now.

And it sounds like they're willing to work with you. You're not getting a lot of sympathy here. It doesn't sound like Bookmaker is out of line here. Their fees are super high, but they don't hide it.

It's not bookmaker at all. It's your CC company.

Sure you did. You asked them to charge your card. Did you miss the .eu at the end of bookmaker? It's international. This isn't rocket science here. Find a local if you can't deal with it.

How are you depositing via CC at Bookmaker? The deposit webpage doesn't show cc as an option.

This.
And seriously, with all the CC payment processor issues being linked to bringing down the last few big sites, do you think that ANY CC or DC transaction wouldn't be processed by your CC company or bank as an international transaction?
EVERY SINGLE major overseas book that accepts CCs, are going to run it as a transaction NOT based in the US, and NOT using a US processor - that guarantees that YOUR BANK or YOUR CARD COMPANY will classify them as international transactions.
Use p2p money transfer - even if you don't have the cash, I use my CC on certain p2p sites even, never any international fees issues.
