This one is epic. I did something similar a few years ago after Katrina. I wore work boots, shorts, white tee shirt that had been water stained and carried around a little sandwich bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.

People asked what I was and I said "Katrina Victim"

I got a lot of laughs and even more "that ain't right"
