Non Pros can buy 1 of the above items out of the store. Afterwards to use the store again they will need to upgrade to Pro.

It's been said many times but still worth repeating; if you are betting and playing anyway and plan to hang out at SBR then going Pro is a no brainer. If you are not a player or don't have the money its also a no brainer.
