Id take 30k per year and work for myself rather than 75k per year with a Boss, but if you like other people telling you what to do have at it. I like playing golf during the week. The fish still bite on Tuesdays too.

Well, it's been almost 3 months to the day since I started the job. I have worked my ass off and put in way more hours than what was originally asked of me. By doing that I helped land the biggest client my company has ever had. I was pretty nervous that since I was so new, that I was going to be looked over when the dust settled with this account. Well, yesterday I got promoted to my bosses boss and doubled my salary. Talk about a great feeling when you realize your hard work has paid off! Tonight boys, drinks are on me! It's going to be a hell of a party!

The only thing left to do is work even harder, get to the very top, then once everyone knows what a hard worker you are and they all trust you, rob that muthafucka blind!

                      Update

Just thought I would Post a quick update.

It's been a year now. I make more money now than I ever have, but I fukkin hate this job. I work 14+ hour days on the regular, I seldom get a day off, the one person I report to is the most bipolor crazy mother fukker you will ever meet, I never see my kids and I dont see a day off in my future after this weekend until Thanksgiving. We are about to start production on the next installment of the the biggest shooter game franchise ever, and I am in the process of hiring 600 workers. I play poker in what free time I do have. That is about my only outlet, well that and my girlfriend. I am good with both of these two as long as my wife doesn't find out how much I spend on either!

I hope to have more time to bet sports this fall, but I am not counting on it.

BOL to everyone this football season!

I hope you're saving / investing the cash you're making now for a better life later. Work your tail off while you're young!!! I did, and used it to open my own business later. I prefer the flexibility of not having a set work schedule or a boss, however, I don't make nearly as much as I used to. Im OK with that. Life is good
