Top book for customer service?

Dont remember who i talked with, it was a month or so ago. I was having a problem with no games showing up when i clicked on MLB and was told there were no more games on the board. When i let the guy know that three games started in an hour he seemed dumbfounded. The other time i had a problem with the site not allowing me to place a bet and was on hold for about ten minutes before i go tired of waiting and just called the bet in. Nothing too major though, i dont mind CS problems very much. As long as the book pays i'm good

I'm sorry to hear that you had some problems there.

I do know that they had Server problems last month, might have been a couple of days. If I remember right.
