they cut $85 for persontoperson payouts. $600 or $850... amount doesn't matter. most books provide free payout also some of books provide discounts (5dimes, sportbet) Betonline doesn't!
I lost some money because of the their unclear tennis rules which was boring situation.don't take tennis bets from this book.
this book offers 10 cent mlb lines but prop bets still 30 cent.
if you are not an american or canadian custumer betonline doesn't offer sign-up bonunses. but they offer on summertimes. (mlb time) ... flippant book.
meanwhile I'd like to say has a good software.better than most offshore books.

I have never heard that. you never offered this discount to me. your cs never told.you offer only Persontoperson and it was $85 for all amounts
also you don't offer free check to non-american customers. I'd like to say there are over 200 country on the world.
you refuse to give bonus to non-americans until summertimes. after summer you put a "unwanted countries" list on the bonus terms page which inclues a lot of countries. same thing every single year.

While I appreciate the fact that someone from betonline would stop in to answer questions, I don't like sportsbooks talking about things that "will be" happening. We've actually brought back another guy named Alex and he's helping to work the miracles of new payment processing (in and out). New IT head came in this summer (ex one of the biggest books out there) and is seeing that the systems work as planned... we've pulled together a hell of a team across the board this year--all experienced pros who know what success is--and what it takes.

Let me first say I have really enjoyed betonline.com for many reasons. However, I have had a very hard time getting paid. I requested a payout on the 9th of September, I subsequently changed the payment method 2 days later because I increased the amount. After the payout was approved on the 14th I was assured I would have the payout in 10 business days. I have since called and spoken to a supervisor and he says "It's going to take longer for whatever reason, they can't tell me, sometimes it takes longer than what we say." I also received an email over 3 weeks ago saying I would have the wire in less than 5 days. Then a week later I received an email apologizing for the delay but I would receive it in 10 business days. I called to check on the payout because it is listed as paid on my account, and customer service says it should be "sometime next week." It is now almost a month since I made the original request.

It is a shame because the site is great and all the feature are user friendly. I am just disappointed that I have been misled and lied to because I would simply like a site that is honest and provides timely payouts.

Haha, something similar happened to me.

I requested for a check. 7 business day, no problem. Didn't arrive in 7 days. On the 8th day, I go on live chat and ask them to sort it out. Receive an email the next day saying they'll do a free **, for which I get info the day after. I'm yet to go and collect ** since it's a distance from my place, which is why I requested a check in the first place. Not too pleased.

Oh, and their bonuses suck. For a rec bettor like me, bonuses are important but 15% reload bonuses only. And I didn't take an initial signup bonus.

They have fairly decent lines but I have to say, I used to find more options and better lines at BetPho (when I played there before their financial trouble).
