best investment. i cant clean well or my wife or my two kids under 2. life is too short to spend the weekend cleaning the house. had the place cleaned today, 2x month, $150, 3 person team, asked neighbor who they used and hired them, too. i feel that i get a clean house, extra time, happier wife, good karma for paying others not bodog. the outside is mine to clean, now, just waiting for the church of NFL!

Maids are cheap here in Vegas and in the Southwest in general. Lot of Mexicanos/Latino's . But you do have to get one you can trust then your all set. Well worth it if your in a sales type of job where time is money, etc.

ANYWAY, I don't think hiring a maid is all that lazy. Sometimes people are busy. Either way, it's no one's place to tell someone else how to spend their money. If you have the time, I see it as a waste of money...but if I had kids and a job to deal with, I wouldn't mind hiring someone to do the tough cleaning once in a while.

We have a maid who comes out to the Cas de Wizard once a week and she cleans everything. She does the bedrooms, living room, man center, both bathrooms, and will even do the guest house if it has been used or even if it hasn't been done in a while. I have no idea how much she gets because my wife takes care of all the arrangements but I can say that the house is absolutely cleaner than it was before she shows up every week. Of course we do a little cleaning inbetween visits, I don't want you guys thinking we are hanging out here with 15 pizza boxes on the floor in the kitchen and a dish washer full of dirty dishes to be done.
