By my count the Cubs have stranded about 10 guys so far, not looking good but all it takes is one big swing if they can keep putting people on.

Yea and the braves just added another run with a solo shot by that tool Uggla. Cubbies have 6 hits and 4 walks through 5 with nothing to show for it.

No essay needed but like I said if Jurrjens is trash what are the cubs? As "trashy" a pitcher as he is he somehow pitched 6 scoreless innings. I'm not saying Jurrjens should start the All star game but if he is "trash" then the Cubs are a fuking T-ball team. You stick wild thing on the mound with the Braves line up and have a decent chance against the Cubs.

Basically once the Braves have a lead by the 6th inning there is a 90% chance they will win the game. People always forget that and they crash and burn.

The Cubs left 15 men on base while Atlanta left 6 on base. Can't win games if you don't score any runs.
