I just got beat 23-13 in Reversi 6x6 by JediMindPicks. Congrats Jedi!

Here's the current status of all the different games and the points I am still giving away:

Reversi 6x6: 4 people have beat me so far. I still have 100 points to give away.

Hexversi: 3 people have had at least half of my score in a completed game. I still have 200 points(100 each) to give away to the next two people to have at least half of my score in a completed game. Nobody has beat me in Hexversi yet. The first person to do this will get 500 points.

Reversi Blackhole: Nobody has beat me yet. I have 500 points(100 each) to give away to the first 5 people to beat me at Reversi Blackhole.

Usually same color pieces are initially located aslant.
But it is located in parallel in Reversi 6x6 of itsyourturn.com.

If same color pieces are initially located aslant, White definitely wins.
But I don't know the result, if same color pieces are initially located in parallel.
I think the result is probably draw.

If you have "perfect play" you will beat me regardless of whether the starting position is diagonal or parallel. This is also true about going first or second. I don't have perfect play by any means although I do prefer(just slightly) to go second like you said. If you should beat me at Reversi 6x6 and you're not using a computer program(I don't mind if you are btw. Most of them aren't very good) I really look forward to playing you in Hexversi which is my favorite game. There are no Hexversi programs that I'm aware of. Hexversi is so abstract that it's hard for me to imagine that anyone even could write a program for it... at least not a very good one.

I just got crushed in Reversi 6x6 by keramas 32-4. If he didn't use a computer program(I'm going to guess he used the program Tothello which I was unaware of before I initially made this challenge) he is one of the best Reversi 6x6 players I have ever played and probably one of the best on the planet.

I will not be giving out any more points for Reversi 6x6 as 5 people have already beat me. Congrats to AbleFollow, Dad, trevlyn1983, JediMindPicks, and keramas. All of you guys are very good players. And keramas might be the very best player on the planet(assuming he didn't use a very good program... probably Tothello... which I'm willing to bet that he did).

I still have 500 points(100 each) to the first 5 people to beat me at Reversi Blackhole. I also still have 500 points to give away to the first person to beat me at Hexversi. AND, the next 2 people to have at least HALF of my score against me in a completed game of Hexversi will get 100 points(those that have won points for this already do not qualify). There are no programs for Reversi Blackhole or Hexversi(not that I'm aware of anyway) so... bring it on!

If you created the program yourself... it's quite brilliant. I'd love to see how it would do against Tothello. I'm not sure if Tothello has perfect play or not but I know that I've never beat it.
