Because it is the defense budget that has its head on the chopping block right now .. so the "right" need to try and convince its sheep that we cannot afford to cut spending on defense. Of course this is utter bullshit .. we could cut spending by 50% and it would have little impact on Treasuries as the savings from the cuts would boost confidence in the US by more than the effect the cuts to defense spending would have.

Quite the contrary, I am afraid he is correct in that the USA that we have all known is through. I do not read the threads completly because of the people that think everything is OK here in America so they attack the messenger. I don`t give a fukk what Forsbrg looks like. I do give a fukk about his writings though as there is something to his message.
From all of the information I have reviewed, it all points in the same direction. Our economy does indeed collapse one day. And I fear also that we are heading for a major war, most likely with China. Yes I know, we will kick China`s ass, it will be a walk in the park.

One hundred years ago when everyone in the world was buying goods made in the USA, we took that wealth and built the most powerful military known to man. Well, what do you think China has been doing for the last 30 years? I heard recently on National Public Radio that China now has more ships in their Navy than we do ours.
If I continue to write, this post will become too lengthy, however I would like to add this. If you think that Forsberg is full of shit, maintain your current lifestyle - change nothing, and please have many many children. We are going to need them to fight the war that our politicians and citizens are setting us up for. I say citizens because we are responsible for the well being of this nation as much as the politicians that we elect. We have obligations, and one of them is to educate ourselves so that we know when a politician is fukking us.
