You got yours every day if you check your points log. It's under Forum Contribution, Loyalty Reward +6. Today however it looks like this (+6) which means you weren't properly credited as was no one else.

If I played 10 spins, that would be one thing- but I am sure I did over 1000 spins, I played for awhile to notice this actually. close to 950 points down in a day. I play the casino for entertainment but this has caused me to be angry at sbr - no fun in always losing.

I didnt want to start another thread. I did PM a couple of Mods here about my points issue.

Been missing 250 points via poker transfers, since 2 days ago and was initially told everything seems to be fine.

( reminds me of "business as usual" LOL ) . Hopefully it gets sorted out.

It seems a lot of people think the stickies either refer to old news or contests and just coast over them. But then I second-guessed myself and wondered if I was just imagining that. I'm not "officially" denying your motion. I'm just not sure I could even help settle it right now. Even Judge Judy would have difficulty I think!!

And yeah, if any charity that benefits children makes the list, I'll be beyond happy. I know that the details with St Judes are trying to be sorted out right now so fingers crossed...!!!

Hi Kerry. That's not the case at all. In order for your points to be synced with your account after the fix, you needed to receive a transfer in (sorry I can't say why as I'm not a techie and would be talking mumbo jumbo). Lou was just giving you a pt to initiate the syncing process.

Yeah I understand. The whole thing sucks when you think you've finally hit a mini score after taking a risk (or even just from logging in) and the points you expected aren't there. But it's truly not the case of anyone being screwed. You'll never lose pts from SBR because of a glitch. From the casino when you're tilting, sportsbook when you're being a homer? Yes. But not because the system messed up. Have faith in these guys. It might take a few hours at times but they'll never screw you over. That's the one thing they work the hardest to make sure the system doesn't do. That's why something like this has me still working 4hrs later than I normally would, etc... This is a big deal - not something SBR takes lightly at all. It'll get sorted.

Also, when you win poker points, aren't you supposed to be able to play with them to roll them over? I won +125 points in tourney last night and they show in the poker client promo section but are not available to be played.
