yes same here, I completed trivia and those points are also not showing. In the my points log, they are listed in brackets, but are not counted in the points balance. Very strange

I'm missing 62. They show up in my history but I didn't get credit. My balance still stayed at 1.

Click on the "Live Help" tab in red just atop of the search feature on the right...They should be able to assist you...

Same with me. Transferred 63 points to poker and now they disappeared into the abyss.

I pm'd Shari but apparently she's too busy looking at herself in the mirror or whatever else she does on her mod shift.

Haven't you guys heard? You have to roll over your daily points now! You don't get them until you take some points you have already and roll them over or lose them in the casino and then after you lose or roll over the 12 points you already fuk'in have, then you get the 12 for logging in. Pretty simple concept to follow, unless you don't have some points already in your account, then you're pretty much fuk'ed!

That might be the case for my points, but I doubt Aceking's 3700 points missing transfer has anything tot do with your explanation

Mods Help! SBR Points Disappeared

I wanted to transfer 1990 points from Sportsbook to my account, it said "we're having technical difficulties at the moment" any my points are gone? When I refreshed the page, I noticed My Points 0. Anyone having this problem?

Will be glad if mods can help with this issue.

I hope you fix the rigged roulette game, -924.14 on 80 percent losers on even money plays is not fair odds. I want a refund and to know what the payout ratio is. Why have a casino if there is no chance of winning? It frustrates me and makes me want to leave sbr for good - and football season just started.

ps - the casino help says each spin is has no reflection on the history - no way this is true, i would have came closer to winning 48 percent of the time.
