i contacted the software makers and i told them that sbr said they couldn't block the casino to their players and they almost laughed so hard and had a heart attack.

SBR needs to man up and tell the truth that they do have the power to block someone from the casino only

Only want an explanation, I think alot here would actually block it, but if they did then they would have to block contest also. No idea why, neither are on same page

It's illegal in Canada for a casino not to offer the option of banning yourself. If you choose to do so, the casino must make every reasonable effort to oblige your request.

Don't know how SBR circumvents this other than being based out of somewhere else other than Canada... but I thought they'd still have to comply.

dj, I'm not even sure what the policy is here about the casino but I don't think a casino where you play for free points would fall under any sort of regulatory measures.

Well, yea it kinda is the point here. It's simply points that are being won/lost here, not real money. I can understand being addicted at a real money casino where you can blow your load in one sitting and now you can't pay your bills but these are POINTS. It's not like TT has to tell his wife "uh hun, I guess you wont be getting an IPAD2/Papa John's this week because I just blew my load in the sbr casino." It's just entertainment and a carrot dangling off a stick for not having a life. Its just a stupid thread to drum up attention.

Did I not suggest almost 12hrs ago for you to send a PM? Even better - email forum@sbrforum.com.
