At least the transfer over to Heritage was flawless. Took 30 seconds to Fill out the info form, logged in to Heritage and all my BetJam money was in there, along with a FP. Not quite exactly the 10% FP they promised, it has been rounded down quite a bit, but whatever.

I had posted earlier in the month concerning BJ that they were facing DOJ pressure to release info concerning US players. This was in conjunction with the IRS offshore forgiveness program. AS BJ is wholly owned by a US Company, they bowed to the pressures brought to bear. My comments were edited and omitted in certain instances. I would not be surprised if folks started receiving correspondence concerning their accounts and transactions as this information was or will be shared. Believe it or not, your choice.

i have 4 figures in bj and high 4 figures in thegreek. do i have to transfer these over to heritage before i can withdraw?

what is heritages max payout if anyone knows? i wouldnt mind transferring my jamaica balance there but thegreek balance i want sent right to me! i have tried calling greek and sent an email but have not gotten through to anyone. also, does someone have heritages phone number?

Very sad day, I've been to Bet Jamica ! Great place, there's around 12 employee's that are outta work also. Great people. Terrible day !

About Heritage, very good book. Are they big enough to handle trans, well time will tell.

I sent both,the problem is Heritage is not set up right and you end up with 2 accounts.Trying to get it straight but apparently they are overwhelmed today.The only way to get out of both is to go through Heritage.Be interesting to see how long it takes this clusterfukk to shake out.

gambling offshore has not changed - it has always been a matter of risk/reward. risk/reward has changed a lot. much more risk/less reward to gambling offshore. if it gets much worse i will be forced to conclude the risk is no longer worth the reward. but gambling offshore will always be availible.

Ya Pot-BIG reason I move to AZ. I am in NV 2-3 times a week on business and I have friends there so, laying down action is not a problem. We have been toying with forming a LLP but, have some legal issues to overcome/clarify first. Sell shares in pvt LLP and use that in "alternative" investment strategy. As shareholders, they recveive return on investment and do not "actively participate" in transactions. HUGE market out there right now.

1st Time Poster

Hello

1st time poster- looking around and gathering info about books. I don't want to get scammed as I have read so many stories.

I thought about opening an account at Bet Jam recently. I didn't open it because when I first called for some information the lady said her name was A. I called back same lady except this time she said she was B. I was like ummmmmm no way I know I am not deaf and can tell the same voice regardless of accent.

Needless to say, I read good remarks from this site and phoned once again about **, same lady with C as her name.

I was weary and never sent in funds.

Yes and Yes. They have divested themselves of all known US accounts so there is no problem going forward. Release of past US account holder info (of which I was one) and a nominal fine will close the door on incidents up to now. This move is a good faith effort (and liability protectionist move) to cease any/all actions. This is not "NEWS" to anyone except the end user (customers). You may want to think about amending some tax returns lol.
