Obviously its a fake story. Harry thinks paco is a "legend" lol and a great gambler lol. Harry went south with his homey pac and now he is on the crackpipe while paco stuck to snorting and weed. It sounds as if harry tailed pac a little too much and ended up selling his "rented basement" to another one of pacs "tailers". Poor harry- at least he is in vegas unlike us losing gamblers who "forgot" to tail pac.
