The ref really seems lost....not sure why she feels the need to put herself in the middle of the match. The crew has missed offside calls etc. on both sides, but they'll hear about it after the fact. FIFA has really strict programs to pick World Cup referee crews, so it just goes to show no matter how tough the selection process is...a few weak links sneak through.
