The table didnt come up so I shut it down and restarted it and was about to be dealt my first hand and it threw me out of the tourney WTF

I was logged in and the table didn't come up I waited 6 or 7 minutes and restarted the software pushed the I am here button and was ready to play the hand and it took me out of the tourney

Hi EmpireMaker,

Our poker tech confirms that you were kicked in the 10th minute after not showing up.

The 2PM tourney only lasted about 30 minutes, so you basically missed a 1/3rd of play and were booted. The no-show ejector is set at exactly 15 hands, it's very important to be on-time. If the table ever doesn't seat you and yet you see everyone else being seated, you have to immediately exit and reopen the lobby.
