Deal. Cannavaro is out, and now Panucci may be out as well, but we still have the old war heroes anchoring our defense in Materazzi, Barzagi, Grosso, and Zambrotta. Not to mention Bufon holding down the goal, and proven championship guys like Del Piero, Camoranesi, Toni, Gattuso, Pirlo, and Perotta running the field. We are stacked with veterans. Greece looks like it's putting out a solid squad this year too though. Your roster is definitely pretty deep as well.

I'm Portuguese and I'm not that confident in our performance. But for the pure joy of enjoying the game, 1 unit on them. If I was looking for good value, I'd go for the draw tough - Portugal always starts slow, with too much pressure on them. If you go back to the other Euro's you'll see we always end up losing\drawing the first game. Plus this team is more individual power than a team itself. Scolari said that he was very angry with the team after the game against georgia, for the euro2008 preparation.
