my house is on 5acres(not enough) and im looking at 2 commercial properties right off the interstate to open a growshop/greenhouse.
One has 10.63 acres and water/electric ready for 64k. A 40' x 50' pole barn would cost me around 15k.
The other is only 4.4acres but its already zoned commercial and has a 1500sqft building in great shape and a large parking lot ready for business . I know the guy who "owned" it but it was under a land contract and he defaulted. He got the place for 118k in 2003. Im hoping it goes to auction, 65k is still owed on the place.Comment
