My computer got a virus and crashed in the middle of the tourney. I had to borrow a computer and download the software. Missed 15-20 minutes. Thank god I had a computer I could borrow otherwise I would have blinded out.

That was a tough break Carseller. I mean the threes going all in was CRAZY against a reraise. But I wouldnt have called with ace-king the other all in either.

You had to have two unfortunate things happen at once. But I have a feeling that someone else might get to 1600 or higher later today

My computer locked up on me Monday and took me 15-20 minutes to get back in, except there was only 4 of us left when it happened, and the guy seated before me only had 1 blind left. By the time I got back in I had been blinded out in 4th. Brutal.

We might need to get an update after each individual tourney ends, it's getting too close to call. I need another top 2 finish to get in at this point, a 3rd does no good because of my join date.

Being the best team doesn't mean a lot. The winner of the Ryder will be determined primarily by luck. The only real advantage the US has is that the other teams are likely to have more no shows.

If pinchylarue is on team Canada you can go ahead and count them out. This tool went from by far the chip leader to gone within 5 minutes. Hes what we like to call muff cabbage.

If it makes you feel any better, I too blew it. Started the month easily in and managed only 1 second all month (plus some 4-10 finishes). That would be good enough for 2nd place on any other team, but only about 11th in the USA.

i think what hes asking is:

it appears the world teams 8th qualifier only has accumulated 500 points. if the 9th player also had the required "at least 500 points," then maybe all 9 would be listed there or there would have been a tie-breaker of some sort between the two guys with 500.

so one can assume that there is not another eligible world team member- is there a contingency plan set for if this is the case, and secondly- i really hope this team wouldnt be forced into one forfeit every day of the tournament.
