I am an athlete though so I will catch on quick. I need to work on my cardio though, I am in good shape but not in good shape for MMA fighting. I am going to start running 2 miles a night and doing some bike work

You know what one of the tests are in Davenport where they train all the MMA fighters. They put the treadmill on full incline and make them run until they can't run anymore.

Melavich or w/e you spell it fighting systems. Train Matt Hughes, Tim Sylvia, etc etc etc... I've seen what they do to people. Couple guys on the local circuit go down there on Tuesdays or Wed and get tossed around to prepare for local fights. They use some of the local guys to try out some of the new talent that is "always" coming through.

    2 miles = nothing

Old people run more than 2 miles a session.

Learn to strike, even if its just jabs. Striking is very important and underrated. Its used to setup so much in MMA.

Thanks for the pointers... I am nervous for tonight, I dont know what to expect. I am glad its going to be all beginners though but I am sure a lot of these guys have some wrestling or boxing kind of backgrounds where I do not. I played football but thats not as similar. We will see what happens tonight

1)Show up to the place around 7....adrenaline pumping ready to fight.
2)Leave at 730 with a broken nose and the fresh taste of nuts in your mouth. (Get ready for a real ass whooping)
        3) Go home and post about how kelly is blowing you after your nice win.

I was bangin Randy Couture's wife in the ass last night and he showed up and said who the fuk are you, anyway I was fixin to *** so naturally I was upset by the interruption so I choked him out right there and finished up with his wife then shot allover his face, what can I say she begged me to fuk her with the fuk-u-do-me line as usual, why do I have to be so perfect, why can't dime pieces just leave me alone for 5 secs
