Recommendations for Atlantic Ctiy

If you don't get comped, it will be very expensive to stay over that weekend.

All the beach bars are opening that weekend also.

Anybody have any tips on getting a cheap hotel? Where should I stay? Is the sheraton in a good area?

Alright I booked a room at the sheraton through priceline for $150. What should I do and see while I'm out there?

I stayed at the Chelsea last year - did it go downhill that fast??? I wouldn't doubt it but it seemed like a nice place.

No casinos near the Sheraton. Your gonna have to walk about 10 minutes or take a cab. Not on Jittney line either.

If you're a winner, do not walk back to hotel at night. Take a cab!

I never stay there. I just assumed it's bad because it's on Atlantic Ave.

Not much to do in AC outside of what is in the Casinos - Borgata has the best night clubs. Borgata also has an excellent comedy club (play for a bit they may comp you), Red Square is a must stop for me everytime I go, it is in the Quarter located at the Tropicana.

Check the Caesar's properties...... Ceasars, Ballys, Harrahs, Showboat --- usually you can score a decent room there at a reasonable rate -- but beware -- Saturdays are expensive everywhere in AC
