Hey boys, I've got a friend who throws money around like manhole covers and he's looking for a good but cheap place to hang in AC over the weekend. Any good values along the Boardwalk? Thanks in advance.

Don't really know too much about bargains as I get everything comped.

There is a nice all nude strip club and it's BYOB. $20 cover and some $1 bills for the strippers is all you need. It's called Bare Exposure. It's located behind the Trump Plaza. Don't bring your cell as they take them from everyone to hold in the coat check (they pat you down) and it will cost $5 for them to hold on to it.

Anyway nicest shit on the boardwalk is probably Caeser's as it is linked to the Pier. Its AC so there is really no good value in anything. Overpriced bullshit all day but should be no problem if your buddy throws around $$.

Its usually cheaper to stay at the Marriott Courtyard than the casinos. Courtyard right next to casinos.

Been down there a few times and stayed at Harrahs and Ballys. If your into the night club scene, Harrahs pool party is the place to be.

It isnt cheap, but if you win some cash---head to the Borgata. and get a steak at the Old Homestead.

A little pricey, but an incredible meal.

Borgata is the best especially if you play poker. Best poker room around. Was down there on a bus trip 2 months ago with wife and she lost about 300 playing slots. I made it up on the black jack table. Showboat properties sent her 3 nights, 2 buffet tickets, 260 in free play. They must be hurting. We have a Mohegan Sun about 10 minutes from us and they dont give you shit.

have stayed at harrahs, borgata, and marina and i have to say that borgata is probably the best for your money. tbh you can have fun at each of them if you do it right, but if you are looking to stay away from spending money stay away from Trump.

It all depends what part of the city you're entering. I've made many late night ways across the boardwalk with hardly an issue, although I wouldn't recommend doing it carrying a large bank roll. But I would NEVER venture into any part of the city that isn't well lit, or rebuilt like the Outlet Mall, or some tourist attraction.

It's well known that AC is a dump, especially to someone like me who is used to Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun, but that's all part of the charm. When I walk into Trump Plaza and see the same direction signs that have been there since the 80's when my parents used to take me to AC, it brings a smile to my face.

When I used to smoke, I would sometimes sit outside The Tropicana at night and watch the local whores do their thing.

You damn right they are hurting. I go to Mohegan about twice a month, and the best I get is discounted rates for a room. I go to AC about 2-3 times a year, yet I get free rooms from nearly half the casinos there.

Then again, Mohegan/Foxwoods are hopping even on slow nights, while you go to AC on a weekday and it's a ghost town there.
