They are not in the West, they are in the East. And they went from not making the playoffs to getting a 6th seed.. That's a huge improvement and nobody can take it away from them.. No matter how much you try...

Well last time I checked, the Lakers, Celtics, and Heat all lost to the Cavs. What's your point? My point is that the Knicks have def improved since adding Stoudamire and Melo. The addition of 2 superstars and making the playoffs for the first time in years are a good reasons to believe that they are indeed "back".
