The fight was good but the other guy had tighter technique. they also were talking about how Sprong bulked up to 105Kg to fight Overeem. He was still 30 pounds lighter and was physically mismatched. I will start a thread congratulating him if he wins the "strikeforce/ufc" heavyweight tourney. I talked about this, among hundreds of others, at bodybuilding.com, and people who took 'roids said it's obvious he roided, people who used to take 'roids said he 'roided, and people who were natural bodybuilders said he 'roided. You can gain like that, but it is SO MUCH SLOWER. Like a pound of lean muscle mass here and there. He put on SLABS.

and while most bodybuilders use steriods, genetically they are already big and beast. if you look at ronnie coleman, youd probably assume he gets awesome Traps from steriods. but in reality his mom has traps just as big.! some people are born midgets some giants get over it. plus the average dutch man is over 6 feet tall.
