Apply for unemployment first off, try to get a steady income. No shame, No ego friend, it's all about making making it. Cut you monthly bills to nil. You need to not gamble a penny, fukk making money off your money BR, you'll be broke in a night, guaranteed. You need to hoard that cash and find a job. What skill set do you have? Prior employment?

I have job skills but no place of residence where I am going. How will someone hire me? In my opinion I need to build my bankroll, move into a place, then seek work.

Really, you shouldn't be gambling money at all in the spot you're in. You should only gamble money you can afford to lose, and you can't afford to lose a single dollar. But if you're going to, just bet sports and don't go near a casino game. You will lose that money quick.

My advice would be to take 500$, and break your day up into several short sessions.

As soon as you win 10$ in a session, you are done. You take a break. Go fill out a job application or inquire about the city you are in. Get information.

The next session you do it again. Do this 5 times a day. Thats 50$ a day, enough for a hotel room and food.

Don't get greedy, use this system, place a few sports bets here and there that are solid, and find a job.

What type of job skills do you have? Do not gamble your last 1300 away. Thats a lot of money and you can last a while off of it if you get creative. You can NOT afford to gamble right now. Apply for unemployment

Also, a good way to make $50 a day is to get a job. Once you have a job and have built your bankroll. Then you can think about living off it.

$1300 is not a bankroll if it is your only income source.
Martingaling, chasing or betting chalk will end in tears within two or three weeks.

If you are intent on moving out, you need to speak to family or friends and see if they can give you a bed temporarily and then find work.

if u are going to gamble, try playing any game that is close to 50-50, start with betting $2, if u lose, bet $4, then $8, $16, $32, etc(you covering your losses plus adding $2, for every bet)...with 50-50 chance game, you are going to win one of your bets...As soon as u do, go right back to $2 bets again, and start over......you can actually make pretty decent for 8hrs of gambling...JUST DONT GET CUTE AND START BETTING BIG CHUNKS, STAY DISCIPLINED...bol

In Australia you would just walk into a Centrelink (social security) office, fill in some forms and get around $250.00 a week from the government to spend on alcohol, drugs and gambling.

I don't know the exact amount they give you, but they paid me about that much when I was studying (presumably to encourage me to work hard at uni - I just got a very, very part time job to supplement centrelink, barely went to class and had a good time). This was a while ago, so it may even be more now!

I doubt that helps you much... I agree though - start looking for a job. $1300 will get you through a few weeks...

I know you want to keep gambling, but it is something for those that can afford to lose - you obviously can't right now. Get your life in order and then enjoy the fun of gambling, not the other way around.

if you must go to Reno..and all you got is 1200 bucks..apply for jobs all over the place as soon as you hit town..a cell phone will be essential..even 30 a day motels are unaffordable..you must find some little old lady or a person renting a room in their house for 3-400 bucks max..until then find a safe place to sleep in your car..maybe bet 10-20 bucks on a few games to see if you can get lucky but its hard work that will make or break you..stay the fuk away from any form of gambling except a few sports bets..since you have nothing going for you you can even work two jobs.if you have to sleep in your car at least work so much you'll be tired..if your not tired your mind will wander and you wont be able to sleep..once you land a gig or two other doors will open..get as much out of your job as you can meaning like if you work at a food joint fill your stomach each day..maybe pray a little if its in you

If you happen to be in Miami shoot me an email..I may have a little shack in the backyard for a few bucks that is better than nothing but could not promise you anything without a complete background and interview with you..I dont know if your a psychopath or just some creep who will crawl in my bedroom window during the day when I am away

I'm no sure this will help in the United States but lets try mate...
In Scotland it would be stay in the house if shes cheatin let the bitch move out because you get
possession of the house until the divorce case so dont move!!
Dont spend a penny on her (nae petrol money, nae meals, nothin)
Invite a hooker round to yours but with that bankroll only a $300 hooker the first night,
$250 hooker the second night $200 next night (remember its all money about money management)
and if she's no walked by then at least ya enjoyed yourself a few times!!

Disclaimer: Bringing a hooker to house might hurt your cause in court at divorce case!!
