There has to be trust for this to work successfully. If an off shore book accidentally withdrew more from your checking account for one of your deposits--would you want them saying screw you? No.

Do the right thing and pay it back...

good point. I would be pissed. But here is another example... you bet a bad line (you only found out awhile after placing the bet) the bet wins? you get your money back the bet loses? you do not hear a word from them and your money is gone. This happens at top rated books and seems to be the norm.

let's talk facts rather that foolish assumptions. No one forces you to bet online, take a flight to vegas, drink booze, eat junk food, screw skanky whores without a condom. Blaming it on someone else is weak.

As far as charging back goes ..... losers do it.

Read one of my damn posts. I typed none is forcing me. However, when they do not disable a CC right away and make you fax some thing in for them to do it is BS. Keep in mind i have faxed this CC to them when I have cashed out in the past so you can not use that excuse they wanted me to sign some thing and send it in to see if it was my card.

They prey on your weakness. I know none is forcing us but you can not dispute that fact.

Using that line of argumentation, companies who make and sell alcoholic beverages ruin many more lives. Those with addictive personalities will always find a way to ruin their own lives.

As I said, on the assumption that the book in question had always played fair with me, I would pay it back. I would not condemn someone who didn't though and would not equate that action with a premeditated theft,

Look, that is legal. This is not for people in the US. In Vegas you can ask to be banned, correct? in a bar and had too many will they stop selling you drinks?

these off-shore books are not companies. They are greedy scum of the earth. You make some valid points and i can see where you are coming from even if I do not agree with them.
I have better things to do like losing all my money. Good luck with your bets.

Who cares, you could argue every company preys on weakness, I remember a few years ago I had like 100 bucks in my checking account and I spent like 20 bucks too much bc I never can keep accurate track of that shit (now I use online banking to keep track of it) and I was like oh well theyll hit me with their 40 dollar NSF fee or whatever and I go into the bank to pay it and they say my account is -220 and I'm WTF ARE YOU TALKIN ABOUT???

She said I had 5 NSF charges and I'm like let me talk to manager here as I only had one transaction that wasnt covered (a 100 check with only 80 in my account), well anyway going along with how companies like to rob you whenever possible they decided to help me out by processing the huge transaction first which cleared out my bank account so they could NSF me 5 times for like a 2 dollar bill at McDs, snickers bar, etc that I charged with my DC rather than NSF me once.

Moral of the story: If you think anyone would piss on you when you're on fire other than the ppl who love you, you're fuckin nuts

I do not see how you can compare that to off-shore greedy fukks but ok. I do not want to have a million more posts about this and do not think i won an e-fight but I'm done. like i typed, i can respect other peoples views so that's that.

Good luck with your bets tonight if you have any. Not posting in this topic any longer.

Good luck with your bets sir but if you lose dont expect the books to feel bad bc thats how they make their money, they will be high fiving each other as they stuff your money in a Costa Rican strippers pussy

Hell out of the 10 trillion books on the ratings list theres only around 50 that I would even trust to pay me if I win much less be upset if I lose

Which book? If its Oddsmaker not one person here would want it paid back.

If your friend has aunts, uncles, cousins, mother, father, brothers.si sters, grandparents then he can just open up accounts in other peoples name. No biggie. People around here act as if its a big deal to have the account in their own name. unphuckingreal

it is just like finding anything that doesnt belong to you, there is not doubt and no question that the check should have been sent back. actually its jsut like STEALING, since the check was cashed, until you took the check to the bank it was not ever your money.
