I thought the draw was correct. Penn had takedowns in 1 and 2 and had his back both rounds working the RNC. He also cut fitch with an elbow in 2. Fitch beat his ass in 3 but those were not power shots. Penn had a few bruises but that's it.

Penn just moved up a weight class and fought to a draw with the clear #1 contender, guy is 13-1 ffs. pretty impressed even though he gassed.
