As for everyone questioning the "phantom of the nap," its pretty well known on the board that I just had back surgery and am currently in rehab at the naval hospital. Therefore physical therapy + rehab + pain meds account for a lot of drowsiness.

Didn't start this thread for attention. Just wanted to vent., I lost 25 fukkin grand, and if you lost that amount, you would need to vent as well. Seeing as I dont have many locally to vent to about gambling, this is the perfect place to let it out. Flame away.

Played in the casino in WSEX, 100$ cus the padres game was boring. Betting 10 bucks here and there. Worked it 3k. Upped my bet and worked it to an amazing 25k.

I layed my laptop down and took a nap, on a painkiller/gambling high ive never had in my life. I wake up to see my brother saying "Cool game you got, how do I restart it?"

I look over, and wham. He lost all 25k.

He was betting 1500 a hand. Lost 18 of 19 hands.

I want to kill him.

I did not include how it was lost, as the book would judge it irrelevant. I know that, and so should you. But after seeing the replies here, I think most of you are not as smart as you think you are.

If I would have lost the 25k by betting a few losing streaks at 1500 a hand, would this post get replies saying "your an idiot, you must be dumb, etc" or would it say that your sorry for the loss?

Thats the sad part here. If I post saying I won 25k, and then lost it I wouldnt be flamed.

As far as what the book would say about an 11 year old playing is not irrevelant, Im 100% positive when you signed up somewhere you agree to terms of being over 18 to play there.

Im interested in the dispute, but Im not sure what it is at this point.

Same thing happened to me two years ago, got my Bodog account up over 3500 and uhh left my comp. on and logged in with the casino up and uhh a neighborhood boy came in and lost it all in like 5 mins. I felt like a fukin idiot for losing errr I mean for leaving my comp on with the casino up for a neighborhood boy to break in and empty my account in 5 mins, I mean I went to take a piss and there's this fukin kid who broke into my house to play video games, I was so mad but Bodog wouldn't give me back the 3500, I mean c'mon wtf is up with kids these days??? Also same kid broke into my house and made net losses of 3k in sports bets in the last two months after I was up 5k in Feb., once again no refund, I mean how can I get ahead when lil kids keep logging on my accounts and dumping thousands on blackjack and sports bets??

My 6-year-old neighbor kid broke in last week and made me 14K. He has no idea he's paid my rent for the year.

Just gotta learn from your mistake and start the road to making it back. Lots of people have had massive hits on here before but the thing that seperates a professional from an amateur is the ability to suck up the loss and start from scratch to get it back.
I've had about 3 or 4 times in the past where I have lost a bet for say 200 bucks and I tried to chase with the next game,then the next game and sooner or later you realize you are down $30,000 in a couple of days.Its horrible.I still haven't learnt my lesson because it keeps on happening every now and then but it can be done so just chalk this up as a learning experience, try to get what you can from the site as a comp and then move on from there. Very easily.Lose the first game, try to get it back with the next game and lose that one, then try to get back all of the money in another bet and then it just spirals from there. Happens to everyone

Well of course its bad money management. Not like someone actually wakes up in a day and decides to lose a pile of money.
I make alot of plays each day. Sometimes I get up early and bet on tennis or cricket and then I bet on soccer and snooker during the day then north american sports at night. Full time thing
Just sometimes someone has a bad day and then goes on tilt and when all is said and done they have lost a pile and its back to square one.

Losing that 3500 was a true GA in that it wakes you up to the insanity and you never do it again, perhaps this guy had a similar insanity as I did though he I guess blew 25k which would be 7x more painful it may remain in his memory enough where he quits online casinos and realizes they are just a balance emptying program for the sportsbook
