Same thing happened to me two years ago, got my Bodog account up over 3500 and uhh left my comp. on and logged in with the casino up and uhh a neighborhood boy came in and lost it all in like 5 mins. I felt like a fukin idiot for losing errr I mean for leaving my comp on with the casino up for a neighborhood boy to break in and empty my account in 5 mins, I mean I went to take a piss and there's this fukin kid who broke into my house to play video games, I was so mad but Bodog wouldn't give me back the 3500, I mean c'mon wtf is up with kids these days??? If true then you can look at it two ways you are an idiot who got lucky and got up 25k by an absolute miracle and then you blew it or you are just another degenerate who blew 100 bucks tonight and forget the part about being up or down. The odds of this little kid story being true are about 1 in a 100 obviously you were betting max per hand to get up that much and I can tell you from personal experience of betting 500 a hand at Bodog that it took me less than 7 mins to go from 3540 to 0 and that's starting out betting 10 dollars a hand and progressing your bets Martingale style. If you started out whacking the max bet button you can no doubt burn through thousands in a short amount of time or perhaps even win thousands if the game isn't rigged. In the highly unlikely even that your lil brother suddenly tookover as you started a giant losing streak I assure you there is no way to get that money back. Well sorry for your loss but this is the nature of slamming the bet max button online casinos as well as bet max at real casinos you get red fukin hot you can nail them but in the long run they nail you, but I would definitely log out of ANY account I had 25k in before going to sleep if other ppl were in my house (especially a video game looking casino with children liable to come in the room). Dude it's your total net loss, which they could've given you 10 bucks as your net loss was only 100, if you had run it up to 25k sports betting and then dumped it all in the casino they should give you 2500 but since all the money you lost was just money you had won in the casino over the previous 5 hours you are not going to receive 10 percent back from your highest point up, hell if it worked that way we'd all be addicted to online casinos. If they promised you 2k show us that and perhaps you have a complaint but I didn't see anywhere in the chat were they said they would give you 2k refund.

If you already had net losses of 22000 for the month prior to this session then they should give you 2200 according to their refund policy, so at the end of the day if you were up 25k at some point and thus were up only 3k for the month at that point and then lost the 25k back they would owe you 2200 for the 22000 you still were down that month. In other words if your total net losses for the month are 22000 then yes they owe you 2200 but not b/c of the 25k you lost back today it would be b/c of the 22000 net losses you incurred over the first 17 days of April. its obvious 25k is something this type of unit player never sees. So he just put the computer down and took a nap. I always take naps after i win 25 g's. I can barely stay awake after i win 15 g's. If i win 50 g's or more i fall into an immediate deep sleep and dont wake for days. come on.
