how much does gambling effect ur life?

Depends on the season. Football season is over and these days I'm not willing to spend the time and effort to work at baskets. So right now I'm about a 1 or 2. Just resting up for bases.

ID say about a 9 or possibly 10 I'm a 23 year old accountant living in las Vegas working for the man I am consumed with sports betting and poker my life is gambling and some may think I'm being sarcastic I'm not gambling is a huge part of my life I'll bet on any and everything

Just got into it. I have quickly become obsessed. Didn't even realize people bet on the NHL until recently... now am betting 10 games a night (between college and nba, nhl)

Not betting any significant amount of money, was doing well. lost half my bankroll tonight, lost every game i bet on. Definetly need to get smarter and develop a strategy.

Right now though, its about a 6. Spent every night this week with my laptop, tv, and a 12 pack....

ive lost so much sleep over my lifetime either by staying up to watch games i have action on, or losing sleep cause im upset about losing!

lots of times ive stayed in to watch games instead of going out and enjoying myself

ive also scheduled family outings around my football game schedule

Plenty of times I've stayed up to bet on an Australian soccer match or a 4:30 AM Tennis match so I would say an 8.

That actually can be considered an indicator of a good attitude. Emotional detachment is key.

On a scale of one to ten? One being you can place your bets and go on the rest of the day without thinking about it... 7 u can't take a dump without realizing how shitty ur last bet was.... 10. You wake up in cold sweats after a bad beat... thus having no social life as u can't leave ur computer... okay boys let's hear it

i put em in and check them in the morning. i watch maybe 5 or 6 college football games this year. and 1 of them was the BCS game, actually the only game i watched in full.
basketball even more, i dont like watching basketball.

sweating them is not fun to me at all.

gotta be somewhere in the middle 5 or 6. i do constantly check my phone for score updates, lines, news, ect. But at the same time i usually only bet 5x or 10x a game anyway so im not concerned with needing a win to keep the roof over my head or food on the table.
