Probably a 9. Always checking phone for updates at work or when I'm out. Family dinner? "Yeah sorry guys just gotta go outside for some fresh air" = checking all nba, ncaab and nfl scores while either crying to myself or fist pumping after a win/loss. Constantly checking the forums and espn, etc for news/advice. But gambling has been pretty positive for me.

I'd put myself at a 5 or 6. Find myself checking scores on my phone all the time, yet I still get out with friends and family. There are lots of nights that I don't bet, yet I still check scores. Crazy.

Just do it as a hobby to have more interest in watching games. Small unit plays that won't hurt me in the long run.

I'm about 5 ill check the scores when I'm around or if I get a chance, but won't lose sleep or feel bad about a lose.. sometimes on weekends ill checj scores more often as I got more time... iwhen I just worked at a waterpark id stay up all night watching late night baseball.. but now whatever happens happens

I check the lines every half hour most of the time and I cant remember life without sportsbetting and im not even 23 yet. I have a good job with just a lot of downtime and it just fits in perfectly and in the summer (july-begining of september) its weird because i dont bet baseball

3, down from 8. I have better money management skills now, so losing doesn't bother me near as much and I don't run out of money anymore. I don't get a high when I win, nor a low when I lose.
