One idea that is easy and I think I like is to create a message similar to what we have in the Private Zone. First time visitors will get a one time only message warning them of possibly offensive material.

I actually like the idea of an open chat among pals. But from a business view I'd be a little worried a potential advertiser is checking us out and sees a horse mounting a poodle or whatever. There will still be moderation to cool down the occasional tilts and posters-gone-wild stuff.

Meanwhile we will start over on guys banned from chat. Everyone is welcome.
