really liking it against Siena tomorrow. Siena is nothing compared to the team they were last year and have been bad on the road.

#8Trust me bro! I been here posting here for over 3.5 years, and the plays where some one is obviously indicating a strong leaning as headline is usually a loser. The SBR headline Jinx is no joke. Especially when your not intentionally doing it just to do a reverse jinx but really like that play. As the case here.
I do really like St Peter's and will probably play them tomorrow, but if it loses then the SBR jinx is in effectComment -

#26I didn't see this post, but I had created a thread. Here is some info, I don't know about St. Peter's missing any players.
Clarence Jackson is playing his third game back after missing 6 games for the Siena Saints. With Jackson out the Saints went 2-4 and only scored 63 points a game, 4 of the 6 games Siena played were road games. They lost 4 out of 4 of those games.
With Jackson in the line-up the Saints average 69 points and have won their last two games including a road victory against 4-16 Marist. Jackson averages 16.9 points a game and a .386 3PT%. Just so you know Jackson's ankle isn't 100%, but it isn't going to be 100% the rest of the year.
The other two road losses with Jackson in the line-up were to a 14-4 Minnesota team. They lost 76-69. The other game was to a 11-4 Princeton team. They lost in over time 86-77.
Jackson isn't the main scorer for the Saints. Ryan Rossiter leads the team in scoring with 19.1 points a game, .519 field goal percentage and 12.8 rebounds a game. With Jackson in the line-up it gives them a 3-Points threat and it helps free up Rossiter on the inside.
Siena averages 68.4 points a game, 37 rebounds a game, 13.2 assists a game, and have a field goal percentage of .420. 7-10 Record, 4-3 in MAAC, 2-6 Road Record
St. Peter's averages 56.1 points a game, 33.7 rebounds a game, 10.4 assists, and have a field goal percentage of .390. 9-9 Record, 4-3 in MAAC, 5-1 Home Record
St. Peter's 5 home wins were against 4-15 Niagara, 8-9 Canisius, 14-4 Long Island, 3-16 Manhattan and 4-13 Fairleigh Dickinson. The one loss was their last home game and it was to 9-9 Loyola, MD.Comment -

um, the sharps are starting to come in on Siena before the game goes to PK?
DATE & TIME: Friday, January 21st, 9:00 p.m. (et).
FACTS & STATS: Site: Yanitelli Center (3,200) -- Jersey City, New Jersey. Television: ESPNU. Home Record: Siena 4-4, Saint Peter's 5-1. Away Record: Siena 3-6, Saint Peter's 3-6. Neutral Record: Siena 0-0, Saint Peter's 1-2. Conference Record: Siena 4-3, Saint Peter's 4-3. Series Record: Saint Peter's leads, 38-36.
GAME NOTES: The Siena Saints shoot for their third straight win tonight as they challenge the Saint Peter's Peacocks in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference action in the Garden State.
Despite having one of the top players in the MAAC in Ryan Rossiter, the Saints are still three games under .500 on the campaign. For just the second time this season Siena has won back-to-back games, thanks to a 66-59 victory over Marist on the road a week ago and then a 73-69 triumph versus Canisius last Monday night at home.
As for the Peacocks, a team which had a stretch in which they won seven of eight outings, they've hit a rough patch in the schedule recently and have fallen in three of the last four games. Last Monday, the team bowed to Loyola- Maryland at home in a 65-63 final.
With respect to the all-time series between these two schools on the hardwood, the Peacocks are ahead by a count of 38-36.
Ryan Rossiter recorded a double-double with 28 points and 10 rebounds as the Saints slipped by the Canisius Golden Griffins by four points in MAAC action at the Times Union Center earlier this week. Rossiter converted 11-of-18 shots from the field for the Saints, while Clarence Jackson tacked on 15 points, despite shooting a mere 2-of-10 behind the three-point line. OD Anosike and Rakeem Brookins chipped in with 10 points apiece in the victory as well. Rossiter, who is vying for player of the year honors in the MAAC, currently leads his team in scoring with 19.1 ppg and is one of the top rebounders in all of college basketball with a staggering 12.8 rpg. Jackson is responsible for another 16.9 ppg which means between the two they account for more than half the unit's 68.4 ppg right now.
Wesley Jenkins erupted for 24 points, shooting 8-of-17 from the floor, while adding eight rebounds, but in the final seconds he and his Saint Peter's teammates could not defend well enough to make it into the win column. The only other player in double figures for the Peacocks was Nick Leon who delivered 16 points as the squad finished the day shooting better from three- point range (.462) than the field overall (.451). Jenkins, a mere 38.8 percent shooter from the field in the 11 games in which he has appeared, is tops on the scoring chart for the Peacocks with his 14.1 ppg, thanks largely to his 47.9 percent accuracy beyond the arc. Leon steps in with 10.3 ppg, but is more than just a scorer with his 56 assists, more than twice as many as any one of his teammates. Saint Peter's is holding foes to a mere 59.7 ppg, but still the Peacocks are producing just 56.1 ppg.
With scoring at a premium the Peacocks will need all the help they can get to keep up with Rossiter and Jackson, which probably won't happen tonight.
