#72So what do these GREAT books ask from you to verify your identity? Your birthday? SS# LOL those are easily attainable. Password is not and the CS agent already knows it. What "Great" books u talking about???? I know that Jamica, 5dimes, BOL always ask me for that when doing live chat.....AND i AM VERY GLAD THEY DO!!!!!
I bet you've never been asked for your online password when contacting them?
eg. a separate telephone password; secret question; personal data etc
I would never disclose my online password and would rather close my account at any book which required me to do soComment -

#73No, it wouldn't. None of their traffic is encrypted using SSL (http vs https), so with no other measures you risk losing your identity every single time you log on. If you don't have a properly secured wireless connection, neighbors could sniff out your account and password. Use it in a public wi-fi setting, consider it stolen. Dorms, apartment complex with shared networks, etc.
With ssl being so simple to implement, it's a telling sign of how little all sportsbooks seem to care about about security.Comment -
