he was gone last year they just didn't want to stretch themselves by paying him not to coach. he would have had to make the playoffs and possibly even won a game there this year to get his contract renewed. Hill get a gob somewhere because of this season though. Denver Carolina

mistake by davis. gruden will never come back because he does not want to butt heads with davis . that is the reason he left in the first place. davis wants a coach that will let him pull all the strings. he has a good team with many possibilities in 2011. he is going to ruin it.

Al Davis is classic. There aren't enough adjectives to adequately describe his nutbarishness...Almost certainly relegates the Raiders to the bottom third of the season next year. Cheers
