Crazyl you really need to stop touting so much...bettilimbroke has to follow every play that is posted

Has anyone yet clearly explained how posting some picks after betting them is going to screw up your chances of winning in the future? If you are posting at SBR forum, chances are you are a small blip in the betting world. Seems like some people think I'm wrong, but it seems arrogant to think your picks are so great and your handicapping so unique. Go start a service or something.

There is some value in adding value to others' lives. Whether they're friends, families, strangers, or guy from the internet, I think it's really rewarding to share your success with others. I love helping people and doing good for others. Is it really all about dollars and cents in life anyway?

I'm here to win, and have benefited from some of the posters' picks here. Thank you to all of you. I'm not new to the betting world, but I am new to seriously handicapping. I have not been posting picks yet, and will not until I feel more comfortable with what I'm doing. Meanwhile, you will not find me bashing anyone for losing, though those who hype their losing plays do probably deserve a little slap in the face.

To all those who post their picks: Win or lose, I think what you do is great. Even if you're hitting well below 50%...it's a noble thing to accurately track your record and units. Have pride in your losing record. Just keep working on it and get better. Until then, why not take a free ride and play someone else's picks? We all have to start somewhere. Not everyone is gifted in handicapping, and not everyone has the time of day to seriously handicap. Call them whatever you want, but can you blame them? Some of us are here to help each other in this PUBLIC forum. I hope to get to know many more of you, and I hope to someday add value to your sports betting career.

                                donjuan,
after reading this thread, I'm firmly convinced you're even more of a pussy than I had originally thought. Anyone can discuss theory, and you certainly seem to talk a good game (playing full Kelly, only the highest of +ev plays, etc.) yet you never post a play. To me, that is the sign of a gambling theorist who can't figure out his edge. You realize that +ev wagers are the way to go, but you can't figure out which plays offer +ev. You're a hack and a joke of a gambler, but a hell of a gaming theorist.

Not only does he never post a play, he adds nothing in terms of mathematical or statistical theory either. The kid's an idiot, but knows just enough to throw terminology out in an effort to intimidate others he believes might be even dumber. He says he'd talk in private if it were mutually beneficial, but literally offers nothing in terms of sports knowledge, reason, mathematics, or statistical theory. He was on here listing out all these people's first round picks in the contest (which he no doubt spent countless hours doing), and thought that he had a "unique" strategy for the thing. Pathetic life, coupled with not being smart enough to realize how dull his brain is lol.

He's openly stated he's just on here to stir up shit, so his responses to this thread are of no surprise. He's a malcontent loser, and always will be (he knows what I'm saying is true). He'll never be bright enough to go to a top grad school, and will never have the personality and political skill to succeed in a corporation. Asshole losers with unspectacular mental capacities are screwed both personally and professionally in this lifetime

And, for the record, I'm always willing to list all of my plays after I've popped them for as much as I plan on.

I don't think the idiots on here have clue #1 about the depths of the top books' pocketbooks, as well as how small of a blip the posters are on here in terms of total dollars wagered on a particular game.

What some people seem unable to realize is that some people work exceptionally hard at this and aren't particularly interested in giving away their work for free.

Posting picks on a message board does nothing more than feed someone ego. It accomplishes nothing for an advantage player.

Do you all really think that someone like Ganch who's probably spent thousands and thousands of hours developing their models (and who probably works 80-100 hours a week) should really give that information away for free over the internet?

As for Donjuan, I've learned more from him here than 99% of the posters.

If Ganch is that sharp, no disrespect here, and can predict winners without posting them what is he doing working at a sports forum?

He can easily become a millionaire if his picks and models are that good. You need balls of a gorilla to bet thousands of dollars of your own money no matter how good of a capper you are. Without balls you can't win in sports gambling.

None of the moderators are working here as a full time job. Ask any of them, it's more of a hobby.

I don't have balls at all, and I have no problem investing my money in any profitable investment whether it's a basketball game or a stock.

If we not gonna share our approach, info and reasoning around here. It doesn't make sense to post anything at all. Everyone of us probably started betting way before we end up at SBR forum. I'm new around here but my understanding is there only around couple hundred posters every day, so i can imagine how any kind of "secret" info can move the line. All fun is learn something new share your mistakes, support each other and if its possible have fun. That at least as I can see most guys do. Some of us can be brag rats sometimes but as all we know there is no such a thing like winning all the time, you are taking bad with a good.
