Yeah it sucks not to have them in the US but there are ways none of which i will say thats for sure, so cant help you out. Maybe someone will pm you if they want to.

There are countries where most of the bookmakers are restricted but people still use them. Little effort to think about how to arrange things. Not rocket science.
