I don't mean to sound antagonistic but just as a matter of information, North Carolina's really not without a running game left. Tonight's starter, Shaun Draughn, started over White all last year. He's certainly as good as White or Elzy and there's a couple of younger RB's who've proven they can rest him.

Yes but there's a reason Draughn was third on the depth chart this year. And it is hard to trust the younger backups in a bowl game.

washington huskies +14 (bodog)- simple here a little trend i follow when it comes up- in bowl games since 1980, double digit dogs that won their last game outright, cover over 74% of the time. Applied to Tulsa (who won outright), Washington

and: Michigan State, and UCONN. Sampling size is about 80 games.

I only get 42-30, 58.3% since 1985. Solid percentage but not 74%.

I can see why that NC/Tenn line was basically a Pick. Thought NC out played them but needed a miracle. I actually turned the TV off when the ref ran out, turned on his mic and said "the game is over". When I got back from dinner I saw the final and thought it was a bad score and thought...bad joke.
