Now they have the BCS bowls, wtf? They are practically monopolizing sports. I like spreading the wealth a bit. This can't be good for sports IMO.

#4I prefer FOX games to ESPN games. But you're right....with ABC/ESPN in the sack together, Fox has no shot....at least football wise. FOX still has better MLB product.Originally posted by firedawgyes......... but no one is going to step up to them... fox was the only company that could.... now you have espn/abc forget about itComment -

#14While normally I agree that competition is imperative, I'm not sure there's an issue here. The consumer provides the motivation for the networks to provide product (televised games). As a consumer, I don't really care what channel broadcasts my game as long as it is on. And it will be on as long as people want to see the games.Comment -

#18NBC has the best NFL game broadcast on Sunday night due to the commentators. CBS has the best production value and 2nd best NFL announcing crew. FOX isn't even in the discussion, their production to commentating is awful.
I don't mind ESPN wrapping up all the highlights and being the go-to spot for game previews.Comment -

#23I like FOX for my pregame show, I like Terry, Howie, Strahan, Jimmy, & Caliendo. So I always watch that show from 12-1. Now when the games start, I watch the game I want regardless of the fukin commentators or channel. If I want to watch Peyton I will watch it if 2 mexican wrestling midgets are calling.Comment -

#28the simple answer is NO....
when sportscenter designates more than 20minutes of your 1 hour long show to the fukking uconn bitches hoops team, you are not too big... nobody gives a flying fukk about womens basketball...never will...they can win every game from here to eternity and nobody would ever give a shit... espn was unwatchable last week...just run a 2-3 minute segment on the shit and be done with it. more than 20minutes out of your broadcast is fukking ridiculous...i would rather watch an hour of skip fukking bayless than shit about uconn womens basketballComment -

#30Money talks and bull shit walks when they formed a partnership with ABC sports it was all over for the others and it could have been either of the big 3 they just needed one and the BCS is just a whore (cash whore) the biggest of all so if you put up the cash it don't matter !!!! One of the reason you may never see a playoff !!Comment -

#32They do all these freaking previews and 20 minute recaps for one game, but do not show all of the highlights. I know most people don't care about seeing New Jersey Nets/Detroit Pistons highlights in late March, but I do. Back in the day ESPN showed every highlight to every game. Hell, they don't even give complete boxscores for baseball anymore. Just the score.Originally posted by raydogthe simple answer is NO....
