If you notice most teams who win are built around the QB and not the coach. You give a coach a good QB he can turn it around. Looks at Rams, Falcons, Buccs etc. Without a good QB every coach is destined to fail because the game has become so complicated where the QB position has evolved to being a coach on the field for all the other offensive players.

This team has been a disaster all season. They lack fundamentals and the know how to execute schemes. Throw in the mess at qb and there was no choice but to make the move.

Sing is a horrible coach cant not gameplan and can't make half time adjustments. This was long over do theres no reason this team should have under performed so horrible he was losing the locker room many players and coaches left during the season because of his stupid philosphy of wanting to run the ball as much in this new generation of football the game has evolved since he played. And what does it matter if you think they are going to be out of sync they have been out of sync all year long with him pulling the strings and they arent playing for anything anymore the season is over

He'll never have another job as a head coach. He is a good defensive coach and motivator.

I don't dispute this but I am not sure he will get another opportunity to be a coordinator....probably will have to go all the way back down to position coach and work his way up.

Myself- myself here gents- being a niner fan back to YA Tittle days saw 2 huge mistakes by management in past several years-- #1 not getting A. Rogers- getting to try to be something they are not- a defensive team. Should have at least kept M. Martz [sp] also. Go back to being what you were and get the kid [Luck] from Stanford. Oh how history would repeat itself should the Niners get the Stanford coach [ala] Bill WALSH and then get Rogers. Too much to dream for.
