Could be a huge loss if any of them get suspended. However, I don't know where muffburger is getting that Terrell Pryor was one of the players. All of the reports say he isn't involved.

Wow, I heard about this last night. It just hit the wires??? I thought you guys had this reported on SBR. I would have posted but was pretty busy. This is a non issue btw. A couple guys may get suspended a couple games next year but shouldn't affect the bowl game at all.

Current Ohio State players include Terrelle Pryor, Dan Herron, DeVier Posey, Chris Fields, Nate Oliver, Travis Howard, Mike Adams, Jonathan Newsome, Michael Brewster and Jordan Hall.

This is such a joke IMO. I can understand players getting suspended for receiving cash from boosters, getting in fights/getting arrested, or not taking care of business in the classroom, but WTF, its tattoos for signed college football paraphernalia. If this really keeps these kids out of a BCS bowl game, it will be tragic.

fkn yawn. this will have zero impact on the game. after the Cam Newton situation, the NCAA compliance office is on vacation until mid-January and certainly isn't going to make players sit for bowl games due to potential free tattoos. if anything, expect for the "investigation" not to be completed until after the season, with any suspension to be served in the first game of next season.

There is no way that the NCAA will allow Ohio State to suspend these players for the first game or two of next season, against the usual Mickey Mouse non-con opponents that Ohio State has scheduled (Akron and Toledo at home).

It took a month plus to make a ruling on the Cam Newton debacle, but you think this will be over and done with in a little over a week? They took it off the board just like they took the Auburn/Georgia game off the board. Doubt this has any impact on the game.
