Too many options for this to be a problem, there's always a way around it.

Have a computer at home that's on and connected to the internet? Run OpenVPN on that machine and you can tunnel your traffic (encrypted) through your home pc. Your computer at home will actually make the requests and then passes the information to your browser at work. For total obscurity I ran a server that displays a fake computer related website/forum (that always seems to time out if anyone but me visits it... lol) in case they try to look into the sudden/suspicious traffic to that ip.

Don't want to leave a computer on, no computer at home, etc? Any other commercial VPN (IPred is recommended), tor, other proxies mentioned, etc, will do wonders for you.

any place that blocks SBR isn't a place worth working at. I would demand they unblock it or you are going to quit. Better to quit than get a pink slip anyway so stick it to them and tell them they just lost an employee for blocking SBR
