how come nobody mentions Ray Lewis killing someone or Leonard Little killing someone while drinking and driving? Or Brandon Marshall throwing up gang signs in a club then Darrent Willliams is shot? The NFL is filled with A+ citizens.

Ok if I am in an remote area and see a pit bull unleashed and then go to another remote location and see some guys hanging around in the ghetto I will take my chances with the humans and stay away from the pitbull as they can kill much more easily than a human can

Granted Vick came from a culture where pitbull fighting existed but you think he didn't know it was wrong/illegal? Dogs are valued as a pet in most of the civilized world. Having spent his life in the US he had to have known that there would be a backlash if he got caught. When the story broke I said "WTF, he can't be that stupid to piss away his career and huge Nike contract over this.

Dogs aren't human but many who keep them as pets consider them part of the family.
