I won't answer for Cougar but I'll tell you why that pic angers me. That puppy was one of Vick's dogs. He had them fight other dogs and tortured them.

We had four dogs in my home while I was growing up. Occasionally there would be a scrap. I would put my body between them because I didn't want them to hurt each other, taking their teeth on my flesh.

He did do his time but don't think for a second that Vick is sorry for what he did to those dogs. He's sorry that he got caught and had to do time.
