    sorry for my sarcasm nosy

but it really is true that is wasn't "fixed" in the slightest, and that the picks were visible to everyone at gametime, same as everyone else

I understand that people would assume that it "had to be fixed" but it wasn't

    congrats to all the winners

the reason my record at the end was 35-13 is because 35 of the picks I made with the same software as everyone else turned out to be winners, and 13 turned out to be losers

Peter fukk the haters. They are just bitter they didn't win. Anyone with a brain knows the contest was not rigged. You won fair and square and should get the prize money.

Now if The HG would of also entered the contest and won money, than maybe the other posters would of had a valid complaint.

Loshak was a force in this contest. This run will be hard to beat for years to come. Next year we will put odds on someone beating Peter's 2010 record. Nice Job Pete!

I for one am done with this shit if he is awarded the prize, period. great job loshack but period you get a check from sbr, you do not qualify for this, period

kind of reminds me of CreditWagering contest, all fixed
Pete is legit as they come when talking about cappers. Ive never seen someone put that much research in before forming an opinion for an article.

We don't want anyone to have Qs and prize money is for our users which is why full time SBR staff is not eligible for BTP prizes and are initially set to a no-prize group. If you look at the leader board you will see the official top 8 prize winners are in place 2-8. Pete, being in the production studio, didn't know and we didn't put that rule in print this year since everyone else who played from SBR is on the same floor. I'm sure Pete's capping earned him some coin though and he'll take the top capper office prize

Peter made his required deposit to DSI the same as any other contestant who wanted to be prize-eligible. He has made 4 picks against the spread each week, and managed to get himself in a good position to win one of the sponsored prizes.

The contest platform is entirely transparent, grades automatically, and everyones picks are visible just the same whether you are a video production manager for SBR, a plumber, or hair-dresser. The only past contests which in-house employees were expressly forbidden from collecting prizes were those that did not offer complete transparency.
poker doesnt offer complete transparency, why do they collect prizes in that?

No in-house employees are permitted to redeem any poker prizes, including tournament cash and points cannot be used in the store. Some tournaments offer bounties on staffers heads though. Initially more staff played when poker was in its infancy to monitor bugs in real-time.

Pete will always be the 2010 Beat The Prick Champion. He should get the badge also.

Winning BTP is quite a feat.

                      its my fault.
i lost a heads up matchup to a mod, due to him exploiting the system and copying my pics. after i complained they changed the rules.
