Will Loshak (CarpeDime) Qualify for BTP Prizing?

I've got no opinion either way as to whether or not he should qualify, but now that I've put myself back in contention with the last two days, I am kinda curious as to what will happen with him. I had assumed he would qualify for prizing like anyone else until I saw this post from Yisman on the contest board

"my post to the previous reply won't take, so here: it's been mentioned on the boards. SBR employees can participate in the contests, but they don't win prizes. That includes in this contest. In the past, when employees have finished in the money, they've been taken out when they're calculating how much each person gets."

Anyone know whether or not that's accurate?

The contest platform is entirely transparent, grades automatically, and everyones picks are visible just the same whether you are a video production manager for SBR, a plumber, or hair-dresser. The only past contests which in-house employees were expressly forbidden from collecting prizes were those that did not offer complete transparency.

Absolutely Loshak deserves the money if he wins the contest. Working at SBR gave him no advantage in the contest. He made some great picks and deserves the rewards.

Nope, sbr this is bullshit, I do not care what you say or how you say it, An employee with SBR won a year long prize, sounds way to fishy to me , I know loshack can do it but period it is not fair, and is a black eye to SBR. I for one am done with this shit if he is awarded the prize, period.
