Last time I checked, running a casino was legal. The fact that stupid, greedy people voluntarily walk into these establishments and throw their money away isn't the fault of the casino. I'd love nothing more than the guy who did this to run into a couple of guys named Rocco and Lefty, who might make his final day a very tortuous time.

Yeah how many other "businesses" ruin people lives? Let's see besides the casino--alcohol, tobacco, and pharma. I dabble in all of these but could care less what happens to the people who run them. They are insured for it 2 mil is nothing to them.

As far as the balls comment yeah everyone who commits a crime has balls knowing the consquences. If the cops don't get them the casino will and handle it their own way. I would say knowing that fate it takes balls to walk into the joint and take 2 mil.

Thankfully this site is 75% shills and offshore goons that the mindset of the house not coming out on top is just 2 unbearable.

Asking business to do the right thing is stupid. A lot of people want to gamble as a form of entertainment and should be able to. Do they target some weak minded individuals like a broke lenders? Yes but that is like small percentage. Imagine the world if we would outlaw everything based on how it effects all the people. I'm sure the internet has ruined peoples lives or even a TV. A shill? I could careless about casinos, I just have common sense. If you don't want to lose money don't gamble. If you don't want to get fat don't eat at mcdonalds every day.

from what i've been told through an old co-worker who is at bellagio, majority of the chips are over $500. every chip of $500 or more that is attempted to be redeemed is going to have to be from a known player or be verified by each gaming department as paid out by them. casinos can do and have done this when they believe something is wrong with chips. i hope not too many dummies buy the chips for pennies on the dollar hoping to score because gaming will get them on multiple felonies when they attempt to redeem them.

highly unlikely it is an inside job as they would've hit a cash drop and known the high denom chips are rfdi.

This would be the same as stealing a painting, you want the buyer all lined up, otherwise you are stuck with them.
